Michael Pitt, Cherry Jones, Jayne Atkinson, Celia Weston and Brendan Gleeson have joined the ensemble cast of writer/director M. Night Shyamalan's period thriller The Woods. They join Adrien Brody, Joaquin Phoenix, Bryce Dallas Howard, William Hurt and Sigourney Weaver.
Set in 1897, the Disney film revolves around a close-knit community that lives with the frightening knowledge that a mythical race of creatures resides in the woods around them.
